Want to lose weight???
1. Most Important: WHAT YOU EAT (Don’t starve yourself or eat bland things, work for your food, look up good tasting things that are low calorie, sugar, and fat) Drink water! Diets are temporary, if you want to lose weight for good, eat what you like everyday, just be aware of what it is and eat it in moderation! Drink water :D

Grocery List:
Fruits! A variety! When you go home, wash and bag them for the next day so you are more likely to eat it (or grab it to go).
